Terms of Service
These terms cover what BusinessBaseHQ does for you, what we ask of you in return, and what happens if something goes wrong. We've kept the language plain on purpose.

1. Who we are
BusinessBaseHQ is an administrative services company. We help small business owners — especially remote Florida LLC owners — with a business presence address, a digital mailbox, a document vault, and reminders for entity maintenance like annual reports.
2. What you're agreeing to
By creating an account or using BusinessBaseHQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Service Scope, our Mail Handling Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you're using BusinessBaseHQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. What BusinessBaseHQ does not do
BusinessBaseHQ does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Registered agent service
- Immigration advice
- Financial advice
- Any guarantee that a bank, payment processor, or other third party will approve your business
We're an administrative platform. For legal, tax, accounting, or immigration matters, please work with a licensed professional.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must keep your contact information, business information, and authorized recipients current.
5. Your content and uploads
You keep ownership of documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content so we can deliver the service to you — for example, scanning mail or organizing documents in your vault.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BusinessBaseHQ to:
- Receive contraband, illegal items, hazardous materials, or anything restricted by carriers or law
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Conduct fraudulent activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
- Interfere with the service or other customers
7. Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Add-ons and overages — for example, extra mail items beyond your plan limit — are billed as incurred. State filing fees and postage are passed through to you and are not part of our service fee.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that puts us, our staff, or other customers at risk. You may cancel at any time — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from any filing or mail action.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BusinessBaseHQ's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app.
