• Who do you work with?

  Florida LLC owners, corporations, partnerships, and DBAs — plus international founders who need a real U.S. business presence. Whether you're already formed or starting from zero, we're the administrative layer underneath the business.
• Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

  We specialize in Florida. Our address, filings, and renewal logic are Florida-first. You can use the platform from anywhere in the world — but the entity itself should be a Florida business.
• What do you NOT do?

  We don't provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, banking, payroll, or bookkeeping advice. We're not a registered agent. When work requires a licensed professional, we'll tell you.
• How long does it take to form a Florida LLC?

  Florida Sunbiz typically processes online LLC filings within a few business days. Once your Articles of Organization are accepted, we file the certificate to your vault and coordinate your EIN.
• Can you help me choose the right business structure?

  We can walk you through the practical differences between an LLC, corporation, partnership, or DBA — but the final structure decision, and any S-Corp election, should be confirmed with a licensed attorney or CPA.
• Do I need an EIN?

  Almost every operating business does. EIN coordination is included in our setup intake — we help you obtain your Employer Identification Number from the IRS as part of formation.
• Do you provide operating agreements?

  We prepare a standard operating agreement template as part of the setup intake and file it to your vault. For custom clauses or complex ownership structures, you should work with an attorney.
• Is the address a PO box?

  No. It's a real commercial address at 7362 Futures Drive, Suite 16, Unit B, Orlando, FL. You can use it as your business mailing address on public filings.
• How is my mail handled?

  Every letter is received the same business day, logged in your dashboard, and available for scan, forward, hold, or shred requests from the Mailbox view. You'll get a notification each time something arrives.
• Do you accept packages?

  Not at launch. We handle letter mail and standard flat envelopes only. Packages are typically refused and returned to sender.
• Can I use the address on public filings?

  Yes. It's suitable for use as your principal or mailing address on Sunbiz and most business filings. We are not, however, a registered agent — you should designate one separately as required by Florida law.
• Will you remind me about filing deadlines?

  Yes. Annual report windows, license renewals, and required filings are surfaced on your dashboard 60, 30, and 7 days out — with the paperwork drafted and ready to approve.
• Can you file my Florida annual report?

  Annual Report Filing is an optional add-on ($149 + state fee). Every plan tracks the deadline; the add-on files it for you.
• What does the compliance calendar cover?

  Florida annual report deadlines, sales & use tax reminders, license renewal windows, and registered-agent review reminders specific to your entity. It's an organizational tool — not a substitute for legal or tax counsel.
• What kinds of licenses do you handle?

  Licensing intake covers regulated Florida industries including food service, trades, transportation, retail, health, and professional services. We research applicable licenses and file the paperwork.
• Do you guarantee approval?

  No. Licensing approval is up to the issuing authority. We prepare and submit clean, complete applications and track them through the state or municipal process.
• Can international founders use BusinessBaseHQ?

  Yes. We coordinate ITIN, give you a real U.S. address and digital mailbox, and keep formation and maintenance organized so banks and partners can see a real operating business.
• Do you provide immigration advice?

  No. We coordinate ITIN as an administrative process, but we do not provide immigration, visa, or residency advice. For those, work with a licensed immigration attorney.
• Do you guarantee a U.S. bank account?

  No. Bank approval is at the discretion of the financial institution. We provide the address, EIN, and organized documents that banks typically require during onboarding.
• How does online notary work?

  You schedule a Remote Online Notarization session from the dashboard, meet the notary over secure video, and receive the notarized document to your vault. Discounted on the Concierge plan.

• Do you offer monthly plans?

  Every plan is monthly and cancellable anytime — no long-term contracts. One-time intakes (formation, licensing, ITIN, annual report, notary) are also available without a subscription.
• Are state and government fees included?

  No. Filing and government fees pass through at cost and are shown separately at checkout — never marked up, never bundled into the plan price.
• Can I switch plans later?

  Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically.
• How do I get started?

  Complete the intake at /get-started — it takes about five minutes. Your Florida address and dashboard are ready the same business day.
• How quickly will someone respond?

  Support is handled through email and the in-app ticket system. Address plan customers receive a 2–3 business day response; Maintenance and Concierge customers receive 1–2 business days.
