Who we serve
BusinessBaseHQ is built for owners of US LLCs — with a particular focus on remote owners of Florida LLCs. Our reminders and filing workflows are most useful for single-member and small multi-member LLCs.
Filing add-ons
When you request a filing add-on (for example, an annual report), we prepare and submit the filing on your behalf using information you provide and confirm. State filing fees are passed through. We don't guarantee acceptance by the state if the underlying information is incorrect or out of date.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is. Scheduled maintenance, partner outages, and postal service delays can affect specific actions.
When to get a professional
If you have questions about how to structure your business, how to handle taxes, whether you need a registered agent, or how immigration rules affect your business — talk to a licensed attorney, CPA, or immigration professional. We're happy to keep the administrative side organized while you do.
