Mail volume limits are set by your plan. Items above your allowance are billed at the per-item rate posted on the Pricing page. We may decline parcels exceeding size or weight limits.
5. Termination and mail disposition
We may terminate the address service immediately for any prohibited use, with no refund. After cancellation or termination we hold mail for up to 30 days, then shred it or return to sender. You're responsible for updating your address with every party before cancelling.
6. We are not liable for mail handling
We use commercially reasonable efforts to scan and forward mail accurately and on time, but we are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery by USPS or any other carrier, or for any consequence of late delivery.
